If you find bomber crew too frustrating there is also a spinoff "space crew" with shields and generaly more forgiving mechanics and higher focus on combat with the shield mechanic with shields split into 4 segments

yes guys, my advise as an experienced Stalker - learn to shoot in a head, especially mutants... Don't rush, explore, you will find a lot! Do side quests, they boost you and you progress naturally. On new location start with simplest side quests, when you're doing better - move to the main. Main is much more challenging. Try to enjoy the Zone, its nature and its anomal existence. That's quite an experience with such graphics. This winter for you will be unforgettable😉

The graphics in stalker 2 actually looks better than dragon age veilguard despite much smaller budget, also the dev seems to stay true to its roots rather than trying to make the characters look like a drag show in dragon age.

I've got this one marked for Xmas Holidays, when my son can be with the grandparents and dad will be left alone :D

I feel like if you are a OG stalker fan, then you will definitely need to play stalker 2, and will probably be happy with it, however if you picked up on stalker from anomaly or gamma, then I think you might would still like it, it just might not live up to the vibe that stalker gamma has because gamma is a fully player choice open world custom experience, stalker has always been a somewhat linear story so off release it may not live up to your expectation's, but give it a while, with some mods i feel like it will become of the the best open worlds ever ( i hope ) One thing you have to remember about gamma and anomaly is its a decades worth of moding to make the best experience possible
