IMPORTANT UPDATE - I was so excited to start cutting that I only recently started to attempt an engrave and realized a downfall in the current setup. When laser is engraving and doing its passes it is constantly firing on and off which is then making the compressor go on and off, sometimes 3 or more times in a sec which can't be good for the compressor and the compressor can't build up enough p...

Good Job Brother!
Go job dad
love you dad you did amazing ❤❤❤❤
Awesome video and demo. I am also looking to upgrade to the 10w module and I see that you also have the older 12v machine. Where did you order your 10W module? All the ones I find are for 24v machines. Or is the new board to convert the 12v to 24v?
I got it from www.madethebest.com/collections/laser-module/products/ortur-aufero-lu2-10a-laser-module-for-2-s2-2pro-s2-aufero-engraving-machine. It comes with the laser module board and 24v power adapter to power the laser module to the 24v.
great video, quick question. i have it wired the exact same way but when i plug in the power for the lu2-10a laser to fires at full power right away, how to i control it from lightburn?
Hhmm, well that is super scary if true! This laser module does power the cooling fans on when plugged in. There are two of them and they blow pretty hard and loud. They run 100% of the time whether you are firing the laser or not. I would first make sure you aren’t mistaking the fans turning on for the laser actually firing first.
