same here tbh, turned my brothers up; u get issues if u run flat out for long periods, the exhaust temps exceed 1500 degrees evidently! and imagine effect on exhaust valves! My mates zafira diesel makes its exhaust mounts smoke due to long injection cycles! Never heard of something blowing inj. pipe though! crazy!

was high gear low revs so turbo didnt kick in ...:]

never had a problem ...mates had them turned up alot more never had a problem ...19j engine dont like it tho blows injector pipes all the time

they go weel with a bit more fuel although with standard element the injection cycle is lengthened which causes potential problems.

was just a little run after tune up was only about 1/2 throttle
