Great stories and music. I really liked Craig Fullerton’s story about how he was upset and especially confused about what happened to him. It reminds me kind of like a pool game. Sometimes those we think of as our opponents take a shot that sends the balls flying into a crazy configuration on the table that makes it seem like there’s no way we could ever win. And sometimes we take our own shots and miss and everything goes flying chaotically, and we think there’s no way we can win. But then amazingly we do end up “winning.” In the end, if you think about it, it’s the shots our opponents take and also the ones we miss that set everything in motion toward victory. It’s the only way I can make sense of everything that’s happened to me. Only God can see the whole game, from a bad break through a whole bunch of shots-some great; some seemingly awful-to our triumphant sinking of the 8 ball. If you think about it, the bad shots actually were part of a final “win” in progress. I hope. 😅

I saw you for the first time two weeks ago and we watched online today. I really like your style. I now find myself binge watching videos on the CLC page. Better than anything on Netflix. :) You are the first preacher to ever get me to read and listen to the Bible. I love when you offer interpretations and connect Biblical teachings with stories from the community and your life. Thank you. 😊
