My hopes for this channel is to be able to share the beauty of the outdoors that I hold close to my heart!
You will get to follow along wild wanders in wolf territories, tracking, camping and just the sounds of the fantastic nature we have here in the swedish woodlands.

These kinds of experiences might seem small at the time but they can influence whole lives and attitudes to nature. It sure did for me.

I just like your posts, they always have a very calming effect. And the beautiful nature always makes me dream. But tell me something, do you have any remedies for mosquitoes and the even smaller knots that always bite and leave little red dots.😅🖤💙
@olafknuth1120 thank you 🙏 i dont use anything for mosquitoes, they seem to not effect me anymore 🤷♀️ guess they are tired of me, sometimes when ive been guiding I've used some mosquitoe repellent. For the midge I just suffer 🤣 there's nothing that keeps them away and I get crazy red bites from them and use salubrine after to ease the burning itch

Älgstammen har minskat mycket här nere i Småland också, var mycket mer för sådär 10-15 år sedan. Dels har det väl varit för hård avskjutning men jag har även hört kalvarna är magra på hösten så de har svårt att klara vintern. Nåt med klimatet som försämrar fodertillgången antar jag 🤔
Ja många kalvar är väldigt mycket för små för att klara sig över vinter, är nog många olika faktorer som spelar in, dels avskjutningen, varma somrar med dålig föda, ont om stora älgtjurar som behövs för att stärka älgstammen. Har hört många som hellre vill avstå att jaga älg pga hur det ser ut nu.
I do love these glimpses into your homeland and your speech on the wildlife and nature there. Must be some forty years since I last saw a moose in the wild. I was canoeing at the time, in my twenties. :) I've not been to Sweden, although I did visit Norway with the military, and Finland. I do admire your work in antler and bone. :) I hope the days are kind to you! :)
It's something so special just being out even if you dont see any animals, im lucky to have such a rich wild fauna around me 🙏 Do you have moose where you live?
@@ulvdottern We do, although they are not common here any longer. Further North in Maine and New Hampshire, perhaps Northern Vermont they are more plentiful. Massachusetts is...tiny and rather over-populated and developed. I do what I can though, being a Druid and all. There are still some lovely places. :)
