This is a Spector Legend 4 bass. They are fantastic basses for the price, but I would personally no longer recommend them. I’ve had issues with this bass for a while, despite taking good care of it. I can’t speak well for its lasting value.

I’m actually working on that one. It might be a while though

@@JsBassCovers Sweet! I'm also saving up to get a bass like yours. Right now I have roughly 300 dollars. Do you know any good basses that have that growling sound yours has? Not counting any amplifiers or anything, just the bass.

Thank you so much! I don't try to replicate the tone exactly, but I change the EQ so that it will pop in the mix. When it is tuned this low, keeping the bass flat would have it buried. I also cut everything below 105hz on the track so that my bass doesn't make it too muddy. The only time I don't do that is when I can get my hands on a backing track. Two basses on one track is too much.

​@JsBassCovers have you considered using lalala ai to get songs without the bass track? Been using it to learn and dissect bass parts on songs

I didn't use any programs to change the sound. It all came from my pedal board and my Spector Legend bass. I would say it is probably more the Darkglass pedal you are hearing. They also make a program if a pedal isn't something you are interested in.
