only 2 thing good for this anemo support 1. he can active 4 set Viridescent Venerer artifact very very easy 2. his swirl effect is buff party, and because of super easy gameplay he can swirl anytime... so yeah this is must pull for anybody, easy gameplay easy build...

I got him and Yaoyao from 24 wish while i hope to get C1 Xianling. Hmmm
