Kim Dragon is the epitome of cheap. While I was playing World Heroes Perfect, Dragon got my ass handed to me, and he got it perfect. I hardly even hit him! True story. Surprisingly, he's one of the most recognizable in the World Heroes series. I wonder why...

This really brings me back to the old days when 2D fighting games were all the rage. This was a good game. But the AI can get really cheap with its tactics. And its hard to land your own attacks because the AI keeps blocking.
