Slice the bread when it is in normal room temperature ie alteast after 1hr 30min

Ingredients:Atta 450gm ,instant dry yeast 6gm, wheat gluten 12gm,bread improver 1 gm,oil 25gm,sugar20gm,salt 5gm,water 340gm

The bread tin should be greased before putting the dough inside

final bread weight-658gm proofing time-50min
