It's a symbol of Christianity. ☺️ All Nordic countries are Christian countries. As a matter of fact, the Danish flag is the oldest flag in the world still being used (since 1219). I don't know about Norway, Findland and Sweden, but the red color in the Danish flag is a symbol of Jesus blood. 🇩🇰
