Thank you Jill and Eric! Due to injury and the pandemic, It’s been months since I’ve been motivated to work out. Found your videos yesterday and this one was a perfect way to ease into strength training again! It’s my first time using bands. Much more effective than I realized. 👏🏼👍👍🏼
That was a very good workout. For the balancing I put the BOSU in a doorway so that I could grab on either side easily. I look forward to getting much better at this!
So glad you tried this work out Anne!! It is definitely a challenge. Great idea to use a doorway so you have both sides of the frame for support if needed!

First off welcome back 2nd, for ppl like me or ppl with CP and electric chairs...etc can we do workout as well?? just to let you know that I am not going to renew my membership til this this over with I wish you the bet of luck
Are washroom facilities available?
Washrooms by the Cafeteria and Aquatics will be available to members. They will be cleaned regularly as well.

Thanks again for another video! I was feeling unmotivated this morning and saw you posted the new video so got off the couch and did it. I used dumbbells for some of the exercises instead of the bands but I enjoyed, it thanks again!

They definitely burnt out during the stand up sit downs at the end. I was very glad to do the seated boxing video the next day, normally I opt for standing for the seated workouts.

Thanks Jill and Eric! I had been meaning to ask for another kick boxing video, I did you last one a few days ago I was feeling stressed and within 5 minutes of starting the video I felt much better. Hi Jill, I have done this workout numerous times. I've switched from the backpack to dumbbells just because I have a couple of dumbbells at home. I really like that it combines both strength and cardio. Makes it a great all-round work out.

Hi Jill, For me, the Lower Body Workout was a great workout to do on a Saturday morning (because it's long-ish). I really like the way it built up gradually and that there were lots of reps. It seemed like each lower body muscle got a very good careful workout and I feel great now. Also, I was flagging by the time it got to the wall squats and the last set of glute exercises so I will get stronger as I keep doing it. Thanks so much to you and Eric for continuing to put out these videos! They are my main COVID coping mechanism. Anne

This is one of my favourites I do it on days when I do not feel overly energetic but still want a work out. I have done it 4 times now and the standing on one leg is definitely getting easier

I have done them all too and some more than once! The shoulder one is tough but good. I still have to try this one but have either really heavy dumbbells or too light. I may try it tonight with the light weights or save it for tomorrow and do the core on the floor again today. Miss you guys too!
I'm so happy to hear you guys are using the videos!! This is a strength training workout so if you have just really heavy dumbbells, use those for the first 3 sets of exercises and then use cans of beans or anything else that you may have at home that are of equal weight. Or you could fill up easily gripped water bottles. The lateral and front raises are tough and need lighter weights for sure. Keep working and hopefully we can all get back to some form of "new normal" at Variety fairly soon. We miss you guys too so much!! Let us know what other videos you want. We are filming a HIIT bodyweight workout tomorrow and just finished filming a Cardio Chair Fit video today. These should be posted soon...
Hey Guys! Fair warning: Eric tried his best to count for me and keep me from going over, but there are a few extra reps of a couple of exercises. I dont always listen to him. Lol! 😁Who is brave enough to try this challenge?

Fantastic, just got the mop out to wipe up the sweat, great job Eric and Jill! Been jogging, did 5km then 6km, who knew running could reveal so many other muscles to put in pain! Love this, and thank-you so much for putting this together for everyone - can't wait to hug the squat machine and kiss the bench press when VV finally opens up - stay safe.
