Bharathi School for Special Needs (formerly Bharathi Rehabilitation Centre) was started in 1990 by Bharath Educational Society. The school is recognized by the Director of Social Welfare Board.
Nurturing children with Special Needs under its wings for 34 years, BSSN caters to the needs of children with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Intellectual Disability (MR), and Learning Disability (Dyslexia).

Physiotherapy for Children With Special Needs involves physical interventions to improve their mobility, strength, and overall functional abilities.
Physiotherapy is crucial for children with developmental delays, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, and other congenital or acquired conditions.
Manual exercises prevent muscle tightness and joint stiffness in children with cerebral palsy. Braces, splints, and callipers can help maintain proper posture.
A 45-minute therapy session is given at school; more significant improvement could be seen if students follow the instructions at home.
