The housing crisis looms large. The UK’s crying out for housing stock, and new builds can play a huge role in the recovery.
Diversity and inclusion is finally getting the attention it deserves at a strategic level. Although there’s plenty of work still to do. And environmental concerns are taking centre stage, with time running out to reach ambitious targets in net zero carbon emissions. Suffice to say, the UK housing sector is going through a period of great change right now. With everything developing at such a pace, it can be hard to keep your finger on the pulse.
Featuring lively conversations with key leaders in the housing sector, The Housing Industry Podcast will provide real value to anyone working in the UK housing market who cares about making a difference. From Housing Associations taking unique approaches to the housing crisis, to larger private companies making waves in the space.

NHG trying to force a 110% Service Charge rise on leaseholders in a period of 2 years. Absolutely not fit to manage property
Great interview - multi faceted range of topics covered, crossing over all areas of housing and communities. Jamie has always been a trailblazing influencer across the built environment industry ... listen to understand why!
Same how you lot in Nottinghill and genesis like to pick on the innocent for as long as you want tand get away with it but you know the heavenly Father is watching you all especially on the sinner that tells lies and hurt the innocent,God bless you all to all the staff that's fine this to my family.
Same how they pick on the innocent people' too,why doesn't she bring that up
I would like to make a complaint about Notting Hill genesis. Notting Hill genesis is the worst housing association I have ever met. The organisation is the worst housing association I have ever came across. I do not want to be apart of this housing association it’s disgusting and poor management. The staff are not there to help and support. They are taking this personal. They favour other tenants. They’re slow and they’re unprofessional. I have heard bad things about their company and it’s upsetting me. Everyday I wake up upset because of the accommodation I am currently staying in. I have asked them nicely to move me and they’re acting like they want me to stay in an accommodation that I do not think it’s suitable for my needs. The accommodation that I currently stay in is deteriorating me in the worst way.
How I can apply for job opportunity....
I'm a great places tenant. Try to sort out some of the properties you own. I'm nearly 60 and doing your caretakers job (which we pay for) I've injured myself 3 times doing cleaning jobs I pay great places to do.. Edited: I'm going to newspaper.. you don't care because there's a housing crisis. One out, one in. As long as you get your £230 a week for a one bed flat, you simply D.G.A.F
oh another fact lifts have been off 7 weeks and are out of order ages and are not safe i think a full independent review is needed now of how our safety is been ignored for gains do you know what it feels like not to be abled to get to hospital appointment you wait years for to go make on a waiting list just because the lifts out 7 weeks i stopped have my legs fully been done each week thru it more pain and suffering caused and yet again ignored and no compensation off the v3.2 fund am crying my eyes out writing this because i know none of you care anymore about the ill but we are still alive and human you all forget that we are not just some left like a skid mark on a sheet when where gone or a bit of H bleach to wipe up blood its easy to put everything down to old age the best one I was told last week of a worker is you dont get asbestoses till about 20 years later we copd it all attacks you lungs so there saying well all these tenant's dont matter because they wont know for 20 years not a nice way is it i was a tenent in the harrsion road halifax flats you pulled down i used to live there years ago what more can i say...if thay hade to be pulled down why have these stopped up in reality we sould all be rehoused and compensated for the loss of our home as these flats are the same biuld as the ones made to be pulled down why can no one tell folkes the real risk and compensate for damages been done daily still
