After the SR reset for the full release of Tetris Effect: Connected, I decided to spice up the grind to get back to my actual SR by going for 22 zone lines against a human opponent. Unfortunately, I only got the zone and a few moments before it, but the setup was achieved by playing forever and clearing a tetris to cancel out the opponent's garbage whenever they sent it.

With the recent changes to the Connected mode, Cascading deals normal damage after the zone, so everyone ruining your T-spin setups won't actually make you do worse.

Congrats on the win! Just so you know, you just beat a boss that took years to be first beaten legit! Definitely the hardest boss in the puzzle genre and from what I can find, the 5th hardest boss ever in VG history. That’s even harder than Queen Larsa from one of those bullet hell games!

So, anyways like I was saying in the voice chat, the weather here has been pretty weird. Its supposed to be summer here in New Zealand but for the last couple of days the weather have been horrible. There has been heavy rain and winds for around 3 days now and there is no sign of it stopping. Its kind of a weird and depressing start for the year since everything looks grey and sad, but im sure itll get better at one point. It wont happen the next week though, forecasts doesnt look too good still. It seems that the bad weather will continue on for the next week, but Im hopeful for the next. One thing that would suck about this is the flooding though, but hopefully it wont be too bad. Anyways thanks for listening to my ted talk and ggs for the clear.
It's basically the opposite here, supposed to be winter but it is feeling like spring and even nature is responding like spring is starting, flowers blooming, hay fever already starting up, the weather is kinda messing with nature tbh, plus the constant rain really making everything worse. There's gonna be another 2 weeks of rain here and the temperature will slowly go back down, but I really hope it won't have any lasting negative effects on the seasonal cycle over here. i think they stack up to get an 8 line clear and have 2 I pieces ready, and they do it so fast, the boss doesn’t have time to clear lines to defend, so the attack multiplier is still intact, sending 15-25 zone lines
note: This was achieved on the beta, so it is not clear whether it will actually count as WR.
