There are amenities like gym, spa, home theatre, etc. as part of the common facilities which is planned in separate building within the same campus for ease of use by all family members. The focus here is on low maintenance and how easily it can be done for such a large villa, and thereby controlling the cost.

I have been following essteam since many years.. today I feel they have lost their purpose.. building over large homes and using all the materials which are highly contributing to carbon emissions and overall climate. The house lacks soul and it seems modernist building with all the luxurious materials from all around the world. It doesn’t even go with the philosophy of SRK company.
