I think I have this. I do not absorb iron supplements. Iron IV dont work. Bleeding and thalassemia ruled out. Doctors can't figure out why the iron IVs don't work. I go monthly for iron IVs. I don't know where all of the iron is going 😢

This was so very helpful! Thank you for posting this information, I've already watched it twice. I've just been told I am deficient in GH, IGF-1, Cortisol, ACTH is low/normal and high Prolactin. I have empty sella and have known this for years, but my levels have always been normal with exception to a very high prolactin which has been successfully treated with medication. After a visit with a new Endo where I only saw a PA, with the new findings I feel unsure about the course of action. Fatigue is what prompted me to seek medical attention. I'm tired and I need some answers. Thank you again!

When you mention L-R steal, can you clarify what it means by that? 1) Does you mean to say that higher collateral pressures coming from the right coronaries are pressing against the lower pressure LCA and therefore causing mixing of oxygenated and deoxygenated blood back into the venous circuit? 2) Is this the mechanism through which myocardial LV ischemia would occur? 3)and is it true that this might happen because of coronary perfusion territories being absent or otherwise insufficient coverage?

Same problem

Please be aware of Max Saket Delhi especially international patients. They used my baby as a target. They never follow protocols or guidelines Dr Neeraj tried to closed a large VSD for my 5 month old child with a device and put him under cardiac arrest and damaged his brain he mentioned he is an ideal candidate for device closure. While other Drs are saying my child was too small for a large VSD device closure. Thereafter, Dr Dagar did an open heart surgery instead of closing the VSD he made my child’s right ventricle small and again Dr Neeraj Awasthy never mentioned this to us. They produced false echo reports to us. We later found this out from another Dr outside of MAX. When when we approached Dr Dagar he denied it. Dr Neeraj Awasthy and Dr Dagar even called the other Drs to find out what information was given to us. I still can’t understand why Max will still keep dishonest Drs like Dr Dagar and DR Neeraj. We now have all the evidence to proof that these Drs was in the wrong from our experience. Never trust Max Pediatric Cardiology. Lets hope the law will give him a punishment he deserves soon so he will never repeat these unethical behaviors again
