Hi Thanks for the explanaion. I also tried the 3 steps, but I encountered error during last steps. I encountered C:\Windows\System32>Disable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName Microsoft-Hyper-V-All 'Disable-WindowsOptionalFeature' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. I am using window11 version....Can I ask why my pc encounter above error?

my system windows version is Windows 11 home edition and Group policy is missing on it. and also i cant upgrade it to professional or enterprise. So how can i solve it without upgradation.
