I decided to look up if eagles eat hedgehogs and apparently there’s a species native to Britain called the golden eagle, and soleana/kingdom valley looks very old English to me so my head-cannon as to why the eagles give sonic/shadow a ride is because they’re hungry.

Its funny u mentioning Forces cuz the producer of this game is the same one from Forces LMAO You can tell it was just lack of time/budget that held that game back, they spent too much time working on Hedgehog Engine 2 (the same one they used for Frontiers and now Shadow Generations, OG Gens is still in Hedeghog Engine 1), but i'm glad they did cuz now Sonic games look REALLY good Sonic Unleashed is still the prettiest Sonic game imo, the Art Style is gorgeous, but this game is REALLY close

im about to finish the video so idk if u found out about or not, but if u press the boost button the exact time u touch the water, u get a burst of speed for a few seconds You can't use boost when ur using Doom Surf normally, you can only use it right when u touch the wter

From the way black doom speaks I’ve always thought he had almost a biblical vibe (the devil, like, from the Bible) but now I think he’s just a weird edgy alien dude that likes to call himself black doom cause he’s edgy. They explicitly state he’s an alien conqueror in shadow’s story so yeah.

Unfortunately, Black Ops 6 has gotten more popular than this game. But, it doesn't matter, I'm still gonna enjoy both games.

bro black doom staring at you trhgouhg the entire game is so cool too, I wish we had that in Frontiers with The End (the purple moon), it'd give the game some Zelda Majora's Mask vibes

Speedruning the levels in this game is so fun omfg, they aer really easy to get an S/A Rank but the Extra Missions and the Bosses (Hard Mode) actually took me a long time to S Rank. The Doom Powers (although a bit complicated) are REALLY fun and feel natural to use. 2D Stages/Segments in 3D Sonic games usually felt realyl cheap, specially in Forces and Lost World, they were usually there because the developers didnt have the time/experience to make a proper BIG 3D level, so they alçways felt really lame, but here? Some are even BETTER than the 3D ones, they are so fun, the camera is cinematic etc, its just phenomenal It's the first sonic games in DECADES with no glaring flaws imo, no "buts", its just GOOD, the Doom Powers are so fun; The story is really enjoyable,; The controls do have a few problems but they arent even that noticable since every level is built aroudn these controls in mind, unlinke frontiers. Seeing so many non-sonic fans praising this game makes me so happy, the game sold 1mil units before it even came out too. Sonic Fans, Critics and Non-Sonic Fans, EVERYONE liked it, i dont know how they did it, but Sonic Team cooked Each adn every cutscene is sow ell animated, Frontiers had a couple of realyl well animated cutscenes but Shadow Gnerations went REALLY far, it feels like CGI! Btw, in case you didnt know, this WASNT' made by the same people that made Frontiers (its still technically made by Sonic team, but it's a smaller "B" Team), its also filled with developres from OG Generations (most of them left Sega a whiel ago, but many were forced to work on the Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games lmao), we NEED these guys in Frontiers 2 Morio Kishimoto started the Semi Open World formula for Sonic, he had those crazy ideas for the Boss Fights and was the main guy taking feedback for the game when he was working on the DLCs like Final Horizon, Shadow Generations expanded EVERYTHING about it, removed the Pop-In, gave us a better artstyle, it genuinely feels like it's own thing Many people compare Sonic Frontiers to Zelda BOTW (prob cuz of the Kocos, Cyberspace Portals etc) but this genuinely feels like its own thing I need the Frontiers Devs and Shadow Generations Devs in Frontniers 2, a massive Semi Open World Sonic Game, with completely brand new levels, THIS level of Polish and attention is necessary moving forward

From what I heard you are supposed to play through as Sonic first, I think it adds elements to Shadow's game, I don't know for sure but I heard that if you at least play to him in Sonic's game it unlocks some extra things in Shadow's game

Fun facts #1 for Shadow Generations: -The PS5 version of the game has the Dark Beginnings animations in it. -The Biolizard is the Prototype Ultimate Lifeform and is the best that Professor Gerald could do without ANY alien DNA, however, it has a lot of health issues and needs a life support system on its back (the machine you attacked). -The Biolizard was ALSO the 2nd boss of Sonic Generations 3DS! He didn’t have arms, but he used the purple orbs a lot. -Chaos Control stops the IN-GAME TIMER, which is great to get S ranks!

The only difference about sonic generations is that there's a new drop dash ability, chaos as collectibles and the dialogue was changed for cutscenes

25:35 Good guess on that being the city Infinite messes with, but the weird world Shadow keeps getting brought to is Radical Highway, which is his first ever level in SA2 :) Also, just to let you know, if a character in the open world has ... for a text bubble, they have new dialogue
