Beautiful!
Datsun N10 series aka Pulsar / Cherry / Langley Applied Date = 1978 - 1982 100A 120A 130A 140A 150A 150A Fuel Electrónic Injectión
I had a Datsun 310 Hatchback. Silver with racing stripes. I loved that little car. Drove it in high school and my freshman year of college. 5 speed manual/stick.
Ahh, a 1979 Datsun 310. Your video brought back a lot of nostalgia for me, as it was the first car I owned out of college. I bought one from an auto auction in 1983. It had a red interior with a black exterior. I really liked that combination. But, the car easily was the most unreliable car I have ever owned: The first day I had it the driver side door lock fell out when I removed the key; the exhaust recirculation valve failed resulting in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang explosions; it blew two head gaskets; the alternator went out; the AC blew a hose; the thermostat was defective; it had a short that blew out every lightbulb in the car; it overheated on 70 degree days; it pinged on premium; fuel economy in the city was only 21 mpg; and it showed signs of rust bubbling... all on a car that only had 33,000 miles on it when I bought it and 75,000 when I traded it in a year and a half later.
My father bought a red Toyota Corona in Finland in 1966 with a 1500 cc Toyota 2R engine. I still own it. It was qualified as an antique car already in 1992. It is not a Deluxe model, but it is in original condition and drivable. The Toyota 2R engine with its unique 1-2-4-3 firing order makes it sound unlike any other four cylinder car. Even Ford Anglia sounds a bit different.
Congratulation for you car, look my daihatsu charmant 1980 of Colombia.
What a beauty!
I have a 79 Datsun 310. Got it new in Anchorage. Somewhat rusty now from salted winter roads over the decades. A project I never seem to have time for. Wasilla, AK : search for ad I’ll put up
This one of my first cars tha I drove heck I love it
I had one of these in the early 1990s in the United States. Mine was not in very good condition but it was good for transportation. It was brown with a beige interior.
Guys can you clue me in all the differences between American TE27s? There's so many of them - S/5, SR-5. SR and 1600 5-Speed Coupe... whats the difference?
I had an opportunity to pick one of these up in 2003 when i bought a 1980 280zx I wish i had taken the guy up on his offer now
ang konti pa lang ng videos boos...sana madaming mag share ng videos that you can upload
syempre mag sub ako dito hehehehe
この車の「いい足」が後にハチロクに繋がる。
My first car but an '81. Same colors. Absolutely loved it.
Mine was an ‘81 with the curved glass on the hatchback. It was a deep dark copper color. I painted it to close to original color. I was constantly working on it to keep myself on the road. Taught me so much about auto repair.
@@EvzenKovar-i5p That's great! Mine never gave me any trouble, just the normal maintenance. There were a few 210's but I had the only 310 around. I totaled mine being stupid.
@@Mr.Higginbotham I don’t think I ever saw another one with the curved glass. Do remember seeing a couple without. It was a great first rig.
5:08 he's looked after that car so well
it carries the heritage of the previous F11 and E10 cherry's
First car was an '81 310 GX, brown and tan. Well-built, problem-free car. Great to see one in such good shape!
That thing is awesome! I also live in Fontana and I own a 72 carina with 50k miles third owner. I would love to talk about it. That’s crazy how rare it is and we live that close.
I used to have a 1980 Datsun 310GX hatchback. Silver with blue interior. 1.4 liter with 2bbl carb. 4-spd manual. Only thing power on that car was the brakes, but it sipped fuel and was very maneuverable.
awesome car yes you own that car you are the WINNER
My dad always wanted a Z, but in 1980, his concession to having a family was the Datsun 310GX coupe. Pale blue with blue velour seats. He loved that car. Luckily, although he passed, I have been able to honor his dream with a new 2023 Z. But I still have his electric blue Datsun racing jacket. Great video about a forgotten car that still means so much to some.
I have a '73 SR with the same badge on the front fenders. Product month of May, '73. I've had "Garfield" for 45 years. I wish there was some way to connect so I could send you a picture. You're the first person I've found with the same SR badge on RUclips. Thanks for posting the video.
Beautiful car... I have in red color
Who restored this car?
Please advise back.. I have a 67 Corona. My father bought it brand new.. still in the original condition but needs some TLC... original 90,000 miles... I am looking for someone who can bring the shine back
me
First car = 1982 Dastun 310GX grey with red interior (with Racing stripe) 5 speed. I had 2 15" Woofers in the hatchback. Slowest car I ever owned but wish I still had it. fond memories for sure. Thanks for the video!
Sprinter 👍
beauty talaga
My favor is 1977 sr,but this one is gorgeous, the color stunning!
These cars are now rare and extremely hard to find parts for. Though millions were made, prices for these cars in the early 1970's were so inexpensive that the majority were crushed and recycled shortly after they retired at the pick and pull yards.. My first car was a 1971 Corolla. My dad bought it brand new for around $1700. It was a great car.
Change the clutch without removing the transmission...the good old days!
Great content! Mabuhay!
Wow nice car kabayan
Nice ride!
My dad had this car dark blue, four door four gears. Great car, no problems. I don't know what happened to it, my dad must have sold it back in the 80's.
I wish i can go to that event someday… great verity of cool cars bro.. awesome coverage 😎👍🏾🇵🇭🇺🇸
