Half kneeling Overhead Tricep Ext 2x20 rest pause set (Rest 15 sec after rep 20 and force as many more reps as possible)

For the kickbacks-does your upper body have to be held with the arms crossed like that? I have a balance issue and would want to hold a stable surface to not fall over. Is the not moving the upper body more important than holding that pose?
Absolutely feel free to steady yourself on a surface! The back of a chair, the wall, or a ballet bar should be just perfect to help maintain good balance. It is important to remember to keep the chest up and the core engaged during this motion to help maintain balance throughout this motion. I hope this helps! 🤗
@@hdfitnesstrainers6734 Thank you for your prompt, helpful and detailed reply. Your core series is destroying me-in a good way of course! May I suggest a playground workout series? Most RUclips videos are for those fairly advanced in the fitness journey and some of us are still at baby steps. Some of us are work from home forever now-so stuff we can do for free out in the world would be helpful.
