Stampo da 26 cm.
- 2 uova
- 90 g di zucchero
- 8 g zucchero vanigliato
- Pizzico di sale
- 80 ml olio di semi
- 125 g yogurt alla vaniglia
- 160 g di semolino
- 8 g lievito per dolci
• Dividere l'impasto in due
• Infornare a 180°c per 10 minuti.
Per la crema:
• 250 g di mascarpone
• 1 cucchiaio di zucchero
• 1 cucchiaio amido di mais
• 1 uovo
• Infornare a 180°c per 10 minuti.
• Versare l'altra metà del composto e cuocere a 180°c per altre 10 minuti.

Fatta ricetta. Devo dire però che dopo 15 minuti le me3erano ancora dure e l'impasto sopra era troppo umido.quindi io 25 minuti
