But it is my understanding that the 4x4 and 6x6 in particular the 6x6 are being built under license also with other OMEs from Timoney Technology. The Timoney MK8 CM31and the AV81 were also designed for the Irish Defence forces but are now with their adopted countries respectively.

Also we need to acknowledge Filipino are separate ethno-liguistic group. They were originally Spanish born in the islands or the insulares.
