Nah, trippie put out the snippet in Dec 2020. Orginally it was gonna be him and his artist Chris King. Trippie was working on songs with Mario Judah (unreleased song called Send His Ass To God). People remade the beat on youtube and added carti’s molly verse which made it even more popular. So trippie then tried to get a verse from carti and took off Chris King’s verse. Then Mario Judah made a fan made version of the song which has leaked which you are talking about.

This is for an album but it is not part of his new trilogy. It is the soundtrack from his HBO show The Idol and since the show is about a sleazy love affair I assume it will have a lot of old school Abel music. Abel and Mike Dean wrote all the music for this show so it will be an entire album of songs coming out next month I presume when the show debuts
