Thanks for dropping in and checking out my channel.
I have been playing drums since the mid 80s. Decided to start this channel when things closed down due to COVID. Not into overplaying drums etc, rather be musical.
I’m also learning through trial and error the recording/producing/mastering process.

Playing this cover on my practice kit made up from a number of ebay purchases over the years and Council cleanups from the side of the road. The rack has been extended using exhaust pipe.

I always enjoyed playing this song in clubs and pubs in the 80s. Basic groove with colourful fills. I came across the drum chart at Onlinedrummer.com and set myself the goal of playing this cover as written on the chart.

You've a strange right hand "rotation" on the hit-hat, impressive.. (but why the video effects...why? :) )
Hi Rob, I did notice the same thing about hand rotation when putting the video together. Think it has come about from practicing rebound strokes. The video effects are my attempt at using Davinci Resolve, it was fun at the time 😂🤣🤦♂️😂 Thanks for the comment and hope you enjoyed the video Cheers 🍻
