Yes, without Water it is Lava. But u are supposed to eat it with soup. You can make stirfry shin ramyun or stirfry the normal Shin Ramyun which are less spicy but still spicy. Just take less water. 300 to 350ml are perfekt to stirfry normal Shin Ramyun.
