Alr so how shields work, you melee them, they get knocked to the ground then you have to melee them again as fast as you can or shoot them as fast as you can

The older I get, the harder it is to keep having fun in D2. I've played since just before Forsaken, and as I go on, I find it harder and harder to keep up with the increasing pace of the game. My hands don't work like I want them to anymore. I still log in and play fairly frequently, but since I don't really have a squad I tend to avoid group activities to avoid being a burden. Once in a while a friend will log in and do a dungeon run or want to run Dual Destiny, but beyond that it's my ~6 nightfall runs and strikes for engrams (3 classes) and whatever event/story we're doing. I still try, but to anyone that ends up saddled with me: I'm not trying to ruin your day, I'm just trying to play one of my favorite games as best as I still can.

I can still have fun, but it was much better before the Seasonal “content”, and before increasing your power was so multiplayer dependent.

This season got me back into shatterskating for no reason. Gm nightfall? Shatterskate into a wall.

You do not need to put a mod on any weapon to fire full auto. Simply go to the menu and enable the auto function to fire all weapons full auto. Then you can have any other mod on the Legendary guns.

Probably 2020 was the last recall in the one moon dlc- might’ve been the last time I played and had fun. There is a slight chance I played in 2021. Sometimes you just gotta walk away from things. It turned into call of duty like money for me. Got tired of the season resets after playing them and spending money on them for years. Call of duty is similar because you can take time to grind to have a good load out-just like armor and weapons in destiny(the meta), then next season the meta is gone, then it’ll be gone again, and again, and again. Then all that time was spent and slightly wasted. You still have some strong weapons, but then everyone gets mad at you for not having the fartshittergiggle weapon that just came out that season/dlc during certain dungeons and raids because you’re not fully in line with the new meta.

Tbh rise of iron and the tail end of d2 right before forsaken with the updated weapon slots
