I hope your back feels better... it sounds like sciatica nerve pain. I had it before. It comes back every now and again. My Dr gave me muscle relaxers but they make me so sleepy. Stretching can help. You can look up stretches for sciatica. Although the stretches hurt at first, it gets better the more days you do it. I hope you get relief soon ❤

I LOVE those albums (Dark Blood, etc.) and the choreography for Fatal Trouble is one of my favorites. CRAZYY that we both lost 6 lbs lol. I feel lighter, but I don't see it with my clothes yet. Don't be afraid to go to the gym, you can get ringworms just from wearing tight clothing. Get the travel size Lysol spray and Lysol wipes to clean the equipment. Shower soon as you get home. Thanks for sharing!

Congrats on the 5lb loss! Keep going girl! Pilates looks so hard but so many people have had such good results from it so I’ll try to start incorporating it into my routine. This is encouraging for me to keep going on my weight loss journey!
