Around 45:50 you are correct. Your opponent could have chained Stardust to the Torrential and although it wouldn't have protected the field, it would have dodged the Torrential and come back in the end phase since it's no longer negated in the gy. So using Torrential aftter Soul Charge would have been better probably but I'm also quite new to HAT format and I'm not sure if you usually have the space for a Stardust. I see the Spark version more often.

I used to play this back in the days of HAT format. Call of the Haunted was a must run. It brings back your negates, and can cycle block golem to make CotH bring back two. Also, traptrix myrmelleo is playable here and synergises amazingly with the monsters being an EARTH. Solidarity sucks. Your game plan was swing for 1900 four times then cowboy for game. Trade 1 for 1 with everything and use redox and bkock golem to go +

I agree with 90% of the list, only placements I don't agree with are Madolche (should be bottom of tier 2) and some rogue decks being placed not where I'd put them. But that's just my preference. Overall very solid list, kudos to you

Even though Infernity isnt the best deck in HAT, I still love it. Infernity, Koa'ki Meiru, and Inzektor are my favorite decks for HAT.

I want to see more rogue decks in focus. This was great

Ik the modern retro format HAT has a fairly-different dynamic than the historical HAT format, but Zombies did actually top a decently-large tournament during HAT format (ARG Circuit Series Washington DC).

Tbh all these decks are easy compared to modern snake eyes combos I have to do. I love Mermail and mythic ruler tho. I play those decks the most.

I actually main a ghostrick frog monarch deck that I cooked up back in 2014 for hat format. Underated
