@@okwonko4549 Fit4fight är bäst för nybörjare skulle jag säga. Helt ärligt bryr jag mig inte ett skit. Om man ska snacka CTE så är de värre att spela hockey och amerikansk fotboll än köra boxning. Mitt bästa tips är att hålla garden uppe! ;)

Also, I'm from South Africa - here we don't generally take off our shoes at the front door of the house - always gotta be ready to run from a Lion or something....(JOKES!!!) (Too tempting not to say that - I live in the suburbs near Cape Town - no Lion's roaming around!) But yes, we don't take our shoes off at the door, I know many other cultures do that. I think more in countries that have a lot of snow.
