A gdzie czyszczenie i smarowanie bendixa?
What’s the force to tighten the nuts at the end please ?
28nm
Thanks
No arson?😢
Esa manguera que esta en medio de las dos tapas negras. A donde va conectada?
Easier yet to set the wheel hub on a cheap hotplate. Also throw the bearings in the freezer. They literally drop right in.... And dont forget to put the spacer in before the second bearing!!!! I have seen that mistake before..
What method do you use to ensure the rear wheel is aligned/adjusted properly? Just eyeball it? I'm planning on tackling this soon myself and that's the only part that worries me.
a wheel axle locating washer helps
The grease you drop in the outer dustcaps is that neccesary ? It seems to me that this adds no value , on the contrairy its holding the sand that enters ...please correct me if i'm wrong. My son followed your instructions by a previous replacement of his backwheel bearings on his 250 YZ, now i'm replacing his chain and sprockets and found the sand enriched grease and my mechanicsmind does'nt understand the logics in putting grease on the outside off a closed wheelbearing Thankx for the movie!
It is not necessary. In my opinion, this helps seal the bearings and axle
Not necessary.. It just draws dirt to the wheel seal. Just make sure you put a light coating of grease on the entire axle when reassemble
What music is this😂
What is the Black button you Can press or pull for?
choke
does the oil have to be out of the bike to replace this?
no need to drain oil
Very good job
The head bolts look stretched
They aren't new, but everything works prfectly until today.
Good working sir 😊😊
thanks for the video. in the video it appeared that you cleaned the calipers with some kind of solvent before installing the new seals. was that acetone? fuel gas? what was it? thanks in advance.
brake cleaner
Thanks for the very nice and detailed video👍
cf moto 625 cc atv Does it fit?
Und - die drei kleinen Wellen des Planetengetriebes bekommen kein Fett? Die Hohlwelle vorn die Ausrückt hätte dich bestimmt auch über frisches Fett gefreut. Sonst ganz ok.
Hello, dear friend. I put one bearing completely inside the seat, but the original spacer is about 0.5 mm bigger and the second bearing does not fit completely inside the seat. Does this not cause a problem? If I hit the second bearing more, they become completely stiff and it is no longer possible to rotate the bearings with a finger. Thanks.
the bearing should rotate freely after installation
@@p-enduropotoki2966 Thank you for your guidance.
Thx
I lost my C clip or bearing retainer do I need it?
yes
What was the 0.00 supposed to be? 0.10? Same as bottom one?
How do you adjust the floats if they didn’t go back to 13mm?
what year is your bike? I have a 2018. I assume Yamaha has not changed the design of the counter shaft over the years. I think Yamaha prob use the same design for the 2 stroke and 4 stroke models. Do you recommend buying generic brand like All Balls seal kit or stick to with OEM parts?
What is the white lube you are using ?
the grease for the brake pistons was included in the set with the pistons
part number for that please
Thank you! Awesome video
nice
Is there any change in performance of using the more free flowing piston from Zeta?
How do u know how much to screw that last blue screw in the one with 1,2,3,4
Turn it all the way in, then turn it out two turns, according to the service manual.
Thats not a DT125!
What did you use to clean the outside?
brake cleaner
Dude that music sucks and ruined the whole video
What can I do if I don’t have a vice
Use a hammer and socket. very careful because you can easily damage the new bearing
@@p-enduropotoki2966 thnx, that’s exactly what I did
Was your raptor backfiring through the carbs on a cold start?
My does that have you found a solution I’ve tried cleaning the carbs thing it was dumping fuel when trying to start
@Cristian Torres I find my problem my piston skirt was busted and caused piston slap and had to rebuild I threw a big bore kit on and jetted it with genuine mikuni jets and it's starts right up
Hi. An incorrect clearance of the valve (in particular the intake one) and/or much carbon deposits inside the valve adjusting room...can cause the problem that the engine does not keep the idle even if the bolt of regulation of the idle is in the position of maximum ? I have this problem with a 2004 Kymco KXR 250 sport: the carburetor is perfectly clean, there are no places where air can enter supply circuit, the spark plug is new, air filter well cleaned and so on. The carburetion setting is a little bit rich...but i don't think that is the problem. I have seen that the spark plug becomes dirty with carbon deposits very quickly. Thank you very much in advance.
try to replace the carburetors temporarily
Great work! Where can I buy the piston rings for raptor 660?
look 4 ProX rings set imageup.me/rw
@@p-enduropotoki2966, you have helped me a lot, but I will use your knowledge again if you permit. Still with Raptor 660r (2007, but in Brazil). I have a engine, but I am not sure if it is 2001 or 2002+ (US). I must buy a wrist kit (wrist, bearing and crank pin) They are very similar, but not equal. Wrist and bearing are fitble with all years, but crank pin isnt. There are specific codes. 2001 (3YF-11681-00-00) Weight 1.1875 lb = 538g 2002+ (5KM-11681-00-00) Weight 1.125 lb = 510g The only difference that I have noticed is the Weight, but this is not a good parameter. Do you know how can I be sure if the crank pin is a 2001 or 2002+? Why they are not compatible one another? Thanks!!!
@@heltongoncalves5996 maybe in these search engines you will find the answer yama-sklep.pl/oryginalne-czesci-zamienne/1841/yamaha-660r-raptor-yfm660rnyfm660rnc-2001
good video but i wonder what the engineers were thinking about when they decided to bolt the cases together with philips bolts
that's why I replace them with allen ones during the renovation
Great video. Felt like I was on hold though with the music haha
8:05 is magic? F.ck.... Very big problem for me and in video none. LoL.... Thx
Exactly. That part is what i’d need too…
Hello you would can to say for me a swimmer level stopping the needle which one nútban is?
Good job 👍👍👍
Music is annoying
Why does a motor cough out the Intank ? Can it also be a valve ? I was thinking or maybe spring is to week and valve ain’t closing fast enough?
This is a stupid video
No need to remove sparkplug?
No. But you need to fight with compression beat more
Great video 👌👌👌👍👍
Is there another way to confirm this with motor in?
Yes - but you need a special tool to do leaking test
@@p-enduropotoki2966 like what
@@myrtproject2324 leak down tester probably
So the leaking valve caused backfire?
Yes. Leaking valves.
I have a 660 I had built tuned ran great. Had the case crack a tiny bit got it all redone nee again. At a shop now it backfires alot on deacceleration. When let off the throttle when moving What causes this ?also has alot of carbon build up on the grab bar from muffler
Check the carburetor first (pilot screws)
I looked up gear change unit and nothing came up is there another name for it
check ground leads
