brother core concepts achy hony chahya software engineering ka. like oop concept, how to write a good clean code, you should know how the things work for better performance how actually the frameworks do things , just keep on learning, and for projects depend on the domain of the company some will prefer finance ecommerce will look for e commerce so just build what you like to build it will help you in any way.

just give time to your studies and decides what you actually want to do the software engineering field is an open sea so pick the side you enjoy the most. if you pick something i will say you'll get exhausted at a point so dive into the sea and look for things that amaze you , you will be able to learn them much faster.

just give as many interviews as you can, add your projects in you resume and keep on updating it after every interview you will get feedback and i the mean time continuously so project to make your resume look better. while applying do some research about the company.
