it's a glitch fragment, used to be incredibly rare after the content update, but due to the recent update if you spawn 5 glitches with your friends there is a 100% chance to get it (rare Trial and Error badge) EDIT: I recommend watching one of the videos about it (from me or CheddarBalls, etc.)
