Hey I have a ultimaker 2+ get malfunction on the extrusion head, I am wondering is it possible because I tight the thumb screw too tight? In the ultimaker 2+, I do not get the calibration pieces you shown in the video. If it can be potential reason, how may I get the calibration tool?

my feeder is also always making trouble, therrefore I would like to change it
I have a different feeder with a button to open and close instead of a clamp. I have to press the button to keep it open while putting the filament inside, what very annoing is. Where can I buy this feeder? Thanks
Thanks for asking @joaquinandres8142! We currently order our machines and parts through Dynamism. We've had some challenges with our feeder as well and are hoping to share that side of our learning curve soon. I'll try and share some links moving forward of where we are purchasing our products and some more technical specifics. Hope you're able to find a feeder that works and feel free to share with us if you do!
