Thanks Villain Catcher. Very informative. I'm a retired villain catcher myself from SA. Had my 2017 for almost 2 years after trading up (some might say down) from an 2003 R1150R in January 2023. Like your mods and am looking at adding some Barkbusters and maybe a more free flowing exhaust to my bike. Wondered if you've had any issues with the standard suspension? Last couple of rides have seemed a lot more jarring than I recall from first few thousand k's. Considering having some mods to front forks and changing rear shock. Martin from Gawler, SA.

What a Bloody Nightmare, I would have a Heart Attack if I found one in the house. I was bitten 5 years ago whilst walking my dog, I don't know what type of snake it was as I never saw it, I was aimlessly looking ahead - I must have trod on its tail, when I looked, I had two puncture holes on my ankle with a little stream of blood coming out. I have always, like my late mother, had a massive Phobia of Snakes!

As a former snake owner (and resident of far north QLD), that snake wasn't looking for trouble. You're calm voice and movements would've looked like a swaying tree.

Love the footage. Envy it completely! But just be careful in the future, thats a posted no-drone zone with serious penalties. They have low flying planes and choppers for crop fertilisers and pesticides along the entire shore on boths sides of the dam, on both sides of the border. Again, super footage, just don't want you getting in trouble.

I've seen several built-in navigation solutions for motorcycles. For someones sake - if offering that, just support Android Auto and Apple Carplay and your're done! On my Tiger 900 GT '23 There now is an additional screen above the stock one with a Chigee AA/AC-enabled device that handles my nav (and a lot more). The arrows do sort of work, but it is a really sparse nav and your phone needs to be on anyway. I think Triumph really missed an opportunity there.
