Self proclaimed front line heroes? Interesting, as I was always taught heroes were unsung and didn't need to virtue signal? When you speak of community, could you kindly define this? I believe you have the of best intentions, but have know idea what you speak of? There is no social cohesion and therefore no community. I grew up in Edmonton Green and my family were from the area for many generations. Sadly identity politic has pushed them out of the area and left Edmonton a crime hotspot. We used to have a lovely commonwealth community from across the globe, with common values. Colour of skin was never an issue. Sadly it's all that matters these days. I wish you all the best, but until you face facts. Edmonton Green will remain divided and full of crime. Thank you for trying.

Have you done an update on this? How attitudes have changed since then? I'd be really interested to know how attitutdes have developed even further.

I found this discussion very interesting. I think it will be interesting to see how things develop particularly the difference between private and public sector. I have implemented huge change and cost savings in Local Govt with rationalisation of the estate, the wfh had been a struggle for 10 years. Yet we still need to work on this it’s is not a new idea! Culture change, change management, IT and HR support is the way forward.
