They look adorable dressed alike. Thank you for doing this. I know it's a high sacrifice and great expense but they are worth it. I would have one myself if I weren't 72 years old.
How could ANYONE abandon this stunning child. Their loss is really your gain and she will have a wonderful time full of opportunists she would not have in China.

We certainly didn’t have the money to bring our child from Korea , 48 years ago! God gave me a vision of my daughter, my parents said they would disown me, because we in their eyes were to poor to adopt. That didn’t stop us! We prayed, went to the Word of God. He assured us in Isaiah that He would bring his seed from the east and gather us in the west. I was given a calf from my husbands boss, Tiny, grew had a bull calf. The people who bought the calf paid more than he was worth, and it paid the exact amount needed. God makes a way. Because of our adopted daughter my parents became proud grandparents. God makes a way when there doesn’t seem to be a way. Have faith, ask God into your heart, ask Him to forgive your wrong doings(as we all have them) and doors will open.

I’m sorry but I don’t think you should be able to adopt if you have more than one of your own healthy child. There are so many loving childless couples in this country that can’t afford the adoption fees. You have to be rich to adopt in this country just like everything else in this country. The system is rigged for only the wealthy to be able to buy a baby from China.
That may be the case, but then why are there over millions of children sitting in orphanages. Also, many couples only want children without medical problems Healthy Children. You don't know what you are talking about. Every child deserves a home.
There are millions of children waiting because families like my husband and I never had $40,000 to buy a baby from Vietnam, or China, or the Philippines, or Mexico, or Russia. You don’t know what you’re talking about you must be a Trump supporter
Karleigh Q Wow, you have a big chip on your shoulders, it’s not their fault that they can afford to adopt and you can’t, many of these families hold fund raisers to raise the money to adopt a child. You should feel happy that these children are taken out of the orphanages many have no heating or enough money to look after the children properly, children need love and cuddles not to be left lying in a cot for so long every day that your skull flattens into a square at the back. These children will know a good family life, and an education but most importantly the will experience love. Why can’t you be happy for the ones that are adopted. You could arrange fund raisers or ask family or your church ( if you have one, from your comments it doesn’t seem like that though) if you really want it to happen do something but do not berate other families that have succeeded in bringing their much wanted and loved child home.
@@karleighq586 Actually, I am not a Trump supporter and my husband and I had to work multiple jobs and friends held fundraisers for us to be able to afford to do this. Yes, it is very expensive, but it is very doable. Where there is a will there is a way. We are not rich. If these children do not get adopted by 14 the do not have the possibility to get adopted. More don't get adopted then don't. When they leave the orphanage because they are not educated many of these children end up on the streets and many of the girls end up as prostitutes. I am sorry you feel this way. As I said do your homework.

Yes..so true. I wonder since China changed its one child law, if less babies are being abandoned? I also wonder why they obviously, do not practice birth control or utilize the different contraceptives available in today's world. Adopting is a noble, selfless act indeed but more Chinese need to step forward and help their own.
Despite having the ability to have more children the number of children abandoned has not decreased. Many reasons for this, most of the children that are abandoned now are children with medical issues. The parents can't afford the treatments and so they abandon the babies. China does not have a system to offset the cost and many of the people are just too poor. Another reason being that boys are still prized above girls and last but not least that the pressure to care for aging parents puts a strain on the family. When one set of parents are taking care of 4 grandparents and their children is is a lot on small incomes. Why China never instrumented birth control who knows, but I am assuming it has to do with money.
