I know someone who has an iPhone SE 2020. He also had trouble installing Fortnite from the Epic Games Store, even though he's in the EU because of the 3GB of RAM. But he bypassed it using AltStore (which also allows you to install Fortnite) and can count on up to 30 fps (but on creative), big drops in battle royale and it won't be playable. In my opinion, it's better to play in the cloud, unless you switch to a newer iPhone SE 2022 with 4GB of RAM or another iPhone.
