Single Parents Who Travel (SPWT) is a travel service and global community for single parents literally devoted to giving their children the world. Initially, a Facebook group was founded by single mom Tomika Anderson in 2013 as a way for her to connect to other traveling moms and dads in the single-parent community, since then the group has grown to more than 10,000 parents globally, from Dallas to Dubai, New York City to New Delhi. Working in collaboration with award-winning travel agency 5 Star Global Travel,licensed and certified to meet your family’s every travel need, SPWT offers an annual “Single Parents Who Travel Family Vacation” located in a new country each year! Attended by more than a hundred single parents and their children since 2015, members of SPWT’s free travel community have cruised together to the Bahamas, Puerto Rico and St. Maarten; vacationed together in Jamaica and Mexico, and soaked up the sun in Costa Rica. In 2023, the group will hit the Dominican Republic!
