Looks like a pretty standard condo.. Rent a small studio condo like that here in bangkok cost around 220$ a month with a 1 year contract with pool and gym and free wifi and 999 tv channels.. i personally prefer a little larger separated 1 bedroom condos with a balcony as i live and work in bangkok
