in my opinion a two stroke is great for below 125cc, dont get me wrong i like my kx 125 but i think that if your gunna get a 125 2- smoker just get a 250f. but if you a choosing between a 250f or 250 2-stroke get the 2-stroke. if its between a 450f and a 250 2t its all about rider preference, do you like low end power or top end power, aka torque or top speed?

Also putting a high compression piston to gain a couple extra horsepower isnt worth sacrificing engine life and being forced to run race fuel. The fact is that having all the extra moving parts in the end doesnt just make the bike more skillful to maintain, but it also makes the bike ridiculously expensive when it comes time for a rebuild. And seriously mansaying you know ull kick my ass in a race over the internet is just plain stupid because You sure as hell dont know my riding skill.

Haha I think your forgetting the fact that i've been riding for just over a decade and that i've formed my opinion about 2vs 4 strokes because i've owned many of both. And you saying I don't know how to change timing or shim valves is a stupid argument. Thats simple standard matinence. I've rebuild many 2 and 4 stroke engines and after having a couple well built bikes i've realized its not worth it to get into valve/cam work considering the extra stress on the top end.

well arnt you the dumbass when i said kick your ass that means if i were to race you on a legit track i would kick your ass and after market parts you can do a hole bunch of shit to a four stroke to like changing the valves cam shaft pipe and a shit load of other things but you can only do that if you know what your doing but you and that pussy 2 stroke you have no idea how top fix the timing on a four stroke or to shim your valves four stokes take skill to maintane that means im better thanu

hahaha did you just say the crf250r four stroke will kick a 250cc 2strokes ass? your so ignorant dude just give up. A strock crf250 puts out 35 horses at the rear wheel. A stock cr250 puts out 48. Thats before after market parts. Oh and what after market parts can you easily put on a four stroke? a pipe and air filter. A 2 stroke? Air filter, silencer, expansion chamber, reed valves, and its a ton easier to do piston work if you want to get into that.
