We have tested the pullout strength of our stud mounts to exceed 500lb force in our standard assembled orientation. We reached 800lb force in our tests with the results of the bed cracking and our mounts perfectly intact. So they definitely have the Strength but for liability reasons I have state it was designed for cargo and our mounts and not personnel seating.

if your vehicle features can-am LINQ holes I don't see why not, but it also depends were the holes sit on your vehicle you may need to drill into the base of your lounger and use large washers to ensure a secure mount. but for liability reasons we have to state it wasn't design around that product.

Yes!!! all of our studs mounts use a 5/16-18 thread for the main center bolt so they are compatible!!

Correct, for plug and play reasons we didn't suggest customers cutting their boxes. This is a good work around solution to get a bigger box in!

No. Only some drop-ins prevent that for e.g There are ones that have there own reflector kinda like a P60 drop-in. Personally I hate these dropins but it seems they are one of the only ways to get a super powerful Maglite because those smaller drop-in don't have good enough heatsinking to keep powerful LEDs cool. Other ways to get more power is running High Powered Halogen bulbs boasting up to around 4000 Lumens, but these draw ALOT of current much like Headlight Bulbs (also Halogen) so they require High Draw Li-ion cells, Metal refector, Glass Lens. Some mods require tinkering with the switch so it doesn't get damaged from drawing so much current. And last is HID. This is by far one of the most complicated mods and I'd rather not bring it up, but anyway you need a Ballast, Driver to convert to higher volts, and basically same stuff for Halogen mods. LED is literally the best option especially if you know how to make your own mods.

The head of a D-sized mag light is extremely well-threaded, i'd wager you'll be there unscrewing it for quite some time before it finally comes off
