Yeh recipe thodi spicy lag rahi hai because of red chilli powder. 🤔 Sukhaa puri mostly plain flavored/tasteless rakhtey hai naa, to neutralise the spiciness of main chaat ? Meyrey city mey toh kai kanjoos chaat sellers sirf puri mey sev bharkay oopar chat masaalaa sprinkle karkay deytey hai. Jaisey oopkaar hi kiyaa ho customer par. Aur sukhaa puri demand kiyaa toh muh teydhaa kartey hai. 😂 Very few chaat sellers give good quality sukhaa puri.
