Came out great. Uncommon metaphor but it works. Interesting mash-up. Reminded of two other songs: * ‘Stretcher’ (@MoniqueOrtiz, a.k.a. Bourbon Princess) - Story song about an overdose. ‘My fingers scribble in the bottom of the sea / I'm pretty sure that naked stretcher was for me...’ (On theme of overdose, ‘Overdose’ by Exo comes to mind. Basically love as a drug.) Also sort of reminded of the rescue scene in ‘The Princess and the Warrior.’ Film by Tom Tykwer and Franka Potente, who originally did ‘Run Lola Run’ together. ‘Run’ - pyrotechnics. ‘Princess’ - muted and a bit muddled. So that one early scene just really stood out. * ‘Sign Language’ (@Substantial) - Story song about internal worlds and how some people and events are unexpectedly intertwined. ‘Oh, and by the way - I’m the one that put the power on / Pay attention to the signs and see what’s going on…’ On the theme of unexpected interconnectedness, actually - also reminded of this short film: * ‘Spin’ (@DoubleEdgeFilms) Film blurb: A mysterious DJ is sent to a city block to mend a series of chain reactions that occur in our everyday lives. The DJ character is hilarious yet doesn’t have a single line. The expressions say it all. Even the soundtrack tells the story. Interesting film. Poignant and funny at the same time. Just done really well. Appreciate creative work that’s done well. Probably why your mash-ups are such a pleasure to browse.

Nice. Was making a Halloween playlist with some @Lvcrft (they make great spooky music all year round) and this one’s great. The original (‘No Vampires Remain in Romania’ by King Luan) is so goofy and entertaining. And danceable. Have also heard some nice remixes/mashups by these two creators, in particular: @WalkerTheMeguminVII (mostly mashups of songs by @AlanWalkerMusic) and @BillMcClintockMashups.
