Hey Guys! I came across this term called Quitters Day and I wanted to do a video around it to avoid it happening to quite a lot of people in my online community. Now that I know its a given that many people do fail and quit or stop the goals they set out for the year in January just makes me want to not be part of that number. I shared tips on how to avoid this and I hope we all have an amazing new year and set out to do all that we desire!
