Thank you for your support and kind words... I’ve been blessed with the gift of underwater endurance from above. I don’t practice yoga or train breath holds. The only thing I do before diving is my stretching routine. In the water, before each dive, I completely relax and focus only on how easily I’m descending to the depth I’m about to reach. I simply visualize my entire dive while a thought runs through my mind: "we have all the time in the world." I would also like to say that it’s important to dive with a calm mind, so that every dive is a "happy dive."

Hi, thank you for your support... and for another fun idea... of course, I’ve thought about it too, but I’m still in the learning phase and can’t quite get the hang of making several bubble rings in a row. I manage to make one out of ten, which isn’t exactly something to brag about... I promise I’ll try to practice bubble rings during my free time at the pool. ;-)

I don't know, I think probably not...😃 He was a scuba diver, and I love playing with them 😎🤩🤣

Also a freediver... In the video, it's my second dive of the evening, and because the cameraman already knew that I was descending calmly and enjoying it, he waited on the surface until I went down. Only then did he follow me down.

Hello, I've done static apnea twice. When I was taking the AIDA exams, my time was 04:20 minutes. I also attended a Static Apnea workshop once, and I slightly improved my personal record to 04:35 minutes. During dynamic apnea performances, the times are, of course, shorter, averaging around 01:30 minutes. ;-)

So far, I've been diving with fins at a depth of 30 meters and without fins at a depth of 20 meters. My motto is to enjoy relaxed diving.
