My ARCH LINUX Experience
Have always wanted to try out Arch Linux, and in this video I finally got around to it! Join me as I document my journey installing, configuring, and using Arch for some daily tasks on an old Thinkpad. Overall an absolutely great experience, and will definitely be using Arch in the future.

Romanza in the Rain
Просмотров 64 тыс.6 месяцев назад
Only the first part, will post a finished version sometime in the future. ~2-3 weeks of playing guitar, wanted to play this piece ever since I bought one and finally had the chance to record in a nice ambiance. Definitely a work in progress, still struggle a lot on the barre chords. 6/27/2024
How I Fixed My Parents Forgetfulness
Просмотров 5 тыс.6 месяцев назад
My parents always forget whether or not they closed the garage door, so I created my own Raspberry Pi controlled garage door sensor for detecting and relaying the state of the garage door via push notifications. Overall, this project is pretty simple and a great way to learn/play around with some basic embedded systems! Useful Links: Contact Switch: www.amazon.com/s?k=magnet contact switch&crid...
Minecraft - Wet Hands | Clarinet Cover
Просмотров 2,6 тыс.Год назад
Probably one of my favorite tracks from the entire Minecraft OST, arguably one of C418's best creations. Hope you enjoy this cover! Note: I don't have a bass clarinet, so the two bass parts are shifted down to match the pitch of an actual bass. *Sorry for the desync on some of the video clips, Vegas bugged out again Original: ruclips.net/video/mukiMaOSLEs/видео.html Sheet Music: musescore.com/u...

416 Daily Progressive Studies by Fritz Kroepsch No. 6

The register jumps on this piece were quite challenging for me. Took a few good attempts until I could get them right. I recommend this small passage if you struggle with altissimo notes, as it is definitely good practice. The 416 Progressive Studies for Clarinet can be found here: s9.imslp.org/files/imglnks/usimg/8/8d/IMSLP298582-PMLP483745-Kr_st_1.pdf

Zelda - The Lost Woods/Saria's Song | Clarinet Cover
Просмотров 8202 года назад
I have always enjoyed the remix of this song, so for my first multipart cover, I decided to play the original version! This piece is quite simple to play, but I really love the melody. Here's the original version, composed by Koji Kondo: ruclips.net/video/Ljqe4Nj7nBA/видео.html Special thanks for the arranger of the sheet music, which can be found here: ruclips.net/video/wHRWvDx3dSg/видео.html ...

Pretty fun passage, not too difficult. Good practice for register switches and making sure your sound is consistent. Also the audio recording is a bit behind in the video, probably some sort of sync issue.
TryHackMe - CyberHeroes Walkthrough

Here is a walkthrough of the CyberHeroes challenge found on TryHackMe, which is a very rudimentary box. It can be solved simply by viewing the source code, as the authentication logic is exposed in plain view. If you would like to try out the box for yourself, check it out here: tryhackme.com/room/cyberheroes "Want to be a part of the elite club of CyberHeroes? Prove your merit by finding a way...

Since the entire passage is slurred, the register switch to altissimo is pretty smooth. This study is quite fun to play!

Quite a difficult short passage, especially the register jumps. This one was played on a very soft reed, so the high notes came out very chirpy. Definitely a lot of room for improvement in this study.
Rose Etude 2 of 32 (sightread?)

This piece sounded quite nice so I took a look and recorded a (somewhat) of a sightread attempt. A lot of wrong notes at the end but decent otherwise. (altissimo notes sucked though)

Carnival Overture Op 92 Clarinet Excerpt
The first time I installed arch I just rushed through it and leanred nothing. The second time i took my time reading every branch in the installation guide and actually learned a lot. I would say at least one charming aspect of arch is the journey of learning how things fit together.
Reading the manual is really hard :D learned that too tho :D 12:25
Pop os with KDE... Hmmmmm How's that?
I can tell cmatrix is yours favorite thing to run
Cool intro btw. :3
Omg! He types so fast 😮
About a year ago I installed arch on my laptop to play around with tiling window managers. Unfortunately, the 4070 in my laptop was not supported at the time. While I got it to work, it was most certainly not stable. Just recently installed EOS. And damn, it’s so much better.
Through something like more than 20 years (please don't force me to count more precisely) I've distro hopped many times, there was also arch and even gentoo on plate, but guess what, I've ended with kubuntu lts. Like my older cousin said me one time, you will see: good enough, that just works will be best one. There was time that I've loved to craft my system, but now I want to just use it. But I still like to watch from time to time, how things are going in other worlds. This video was nice but when you said, that it took week i know that really not too much changed.
Wait Hyprland is possible wit Nvidia?
it probably works with noveau driver I guess
I like using archinstall after forgetting to install a bootloader 6 times and getting mad
NO WAY YOUR A QUAVER PLAYER TOO
I'm Arch retarted.
I use arch BTW
The vocal fry causes the last word in a sentence to be incoherent Not cool
Just use the dual boot funtion
Arch for new fun stuff. Slackware for stability.
I love void linux becaue it has not systemD and because it is small and efficient: Functional on anemic computers, and supersnappy on modern computers. With Void Linux, your computer's power is spent on your applications, not on maintaining the operating environment.
Just started using Arch as my first real push to linux, two weeks and its great However, I have nvidia grahics card and am running hyprdots hyperland so any nvidia+arch user knows the hell I went through
I use templeos btw
Voice relatable with Future canoe🤐
is my voice that monotone 😔
@Ryclic I meant the creator of the channel Futurecanoe
this video made me waste an hour on a ~15 yo laptop. the usb ports are so shit even though its kind of responsive. genuinely have been fiddling with usbs for so long
CELESTE PLAYER SPOTTED!!!!! TAKE YOUR ESTROGEN NOW!!!!
10:20, software encoding is not integrated graphics tho
AUR and the Arch Wiki is godlike. Rolling release is king. Tho so many updates and yes, twice a year stuff simply breaks (one time grub and another time mesa broke .. that was no fun)
what is that game at start
I think celeste
Forgive me if I'm SKEPTICAL regarding any INSTRUCTION MANUAL, no matter how detailed and precise it may be. In the past I have found that when I follow instructions- TO-A-TEE, and hit ENTER, it DOESN'T WORK! There are certain ASSUMPTIONS about everything that comes BEFORE the instructions the writer ASSUMES you know!
Have you tried the Garuda version, or distro, of Arch?
nice video cuts with jazz in between - very relaxing
I run arch on my thinkpad x240 and it's really fast except the fact that I use HDD, but even with HDD it runs faster than windows
I use redstar btw
unix WHAT???
😅 its not as bad as it sounds
okay but whats your wpm
I use amog os btw
do you have the sheet? maybe by google drive or something?
I Use Arch Btw
I love the laptop in front of the desktop with the installation guide on the wiki but of course you don't necessarily need two machines since the installation guide has always been included. You can just swap to another TTY and pull up the guide that way which is admittedly not as pretty to look at as a graphical browser page. Not sure if it's the case with Gentoo as well but Arch is known for its documentation and this further solidifies that.
In my case I've used links when installing gentoo.
i use ubuntu but arch looks like a good choice to try
filling up the visual content with neofetch and cmatrix is hilarious 😂.
can you sudo finger print
Hey, you only need to configure once and you can save your config files online (like github) or even on a usb key and then use those on a new install. you don't nee to reconfigure everything ;-)
I prefer to use Arch with i3 wm, that's something! After Arch it's difficult to use any another distribution, because I got a habit to customize something in my OS and by it I often kill Ubuntu , Debian, Mint etc. by customizing something in them :)

Music no ….. Voice … voice …. Voice …. 🫵🏻🙅🏻😵💫
In Arch, Everything just Works* Aka, Installing stuff on Arch Just works, but it comes with nothing. Other distros comes with the basics, but installing stuff can be hell (when its from github and other such sources). The asterisk is that Arch has nothing by default. So you need to install it and sometime configure it. But the installation process, the compilation, the linking, the shared libraries... You don't have any problems there. Installing basic lf on Ubuntu server was hell. Go didn't work. The go command didn't work. Nothing worked. Sure If you want steam and a browser, go debian. But anything else, go Arch based. And from What I know, plain Arch is more reliable and has less catastrophic failures/problems then manjaro and stuff.
That's exactly what i want to do, but for some reason I'm not be able to connect even with the kali's VNC, its says "time out" but both pcs has 5ms ping 🤷♂️ I searched a lot on internet but i couldn't find some info about it, anyone here could help me? If you give me just some ideas of my problem it'll help me a lot! Thanks!!
Did not expect the flash bang from Reddit my guy.
I prefer Debian and Fedora ... Arch also are top 🎩
Once you try pacman everything else is unbearably slow.
I use arch btw
bro share your osu profile pls so we can mutual 🙏🏻🙏🏻
