I'm not sure if this will help or not, but I'm in my 30s and I promise you the depression and hopelessness you (and all younger people) gets easier to handle. We all go through it even though it feels seriously isolating. You're just young, your hormones are all over the place and you're overwhelmed with life. Allow yourself to feel your emotions, but try your best not to wallow in them. Every day remind yourself of the good things you've been blessed with. It doesn't erase the depression but it helps keeps a positive influence in your life. Affirmations to yourself help as well. What do you like about yourself? Tell yourself those things every day. If you don't wanna post a RUclips video, don't post one. If you do, then do. It's your life. Everything is completely up to you and nobody is judging you but yourself. EDIT: As for losing people, that's inevitable. People will come and go your entire life. It's hard to accept and understand, even when you get older, but it never stops. It's just how life goes. The people that are meant to be in your life will be, and the ones that are meant to pass through your life will. Everything has a reason.
