Best way to clean it manually without specialist equipment, is to take it off and soak it in whatever dpf clean you want to use but remember to clean it from the exhaust side so that the crap in side exits the engine side of the dpf. Reason being is if you took an air filter out to clean, would you try and push all the crap through the filter or back the way it came?

How about not using dpf filters in the first place and while we’re at it take off all the def tanks as well!!!!
