Well, ya, u could get all those expensive ingred. OR - Hickory Farms could just BRING BACK their dry cream of celery soup mix. Was worlds best & affordable!

This is a shelf stable green bean casserole side in a jar that can be paired with a meal in a jar or be quickly used as a side dish for dinner. 1 tsp garlic salt or powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1/2 cup shelf stable cream of mushroom soup base 1/4 cup freeze dried mushrooms 1 tbsp freeze dried onions 3 cups freeze dried green beans 1/4 cup french onions Add ingredients to a wide mouth jar and vacuum seal lid or add oxygen absorber. Store on shelf for up to 3 months. When ready to eat, Add entire jar to 2 1/4 cups hot water and let sit for 10-15 min. Once the green beans have become bendable add 1 more cup of hot water, bring to a boil in a skillet on medium heat and simmer for 15-20 min to let sauce thicken. Top with more french onions or eat as is! ENJOY

Shelf Stable meals in a jar are perfect for camping, emergencies, or backpacking. 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1/2 cup Thrive Tomato Powder 2 tbsp Thrive Chopped Onions 1 cup Thrive Sausage Crumbles 1/4 cup Thrive chopped Spinach 1/4 cup Thrive Mixed Bell Peppers Add all ingredients to your jar in the listed order. Vacuum seal or add an oxygen absorber for long term storage. When ready to eat, add entire jar contents to a skillet and 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer and cover for 15-20 minutes stirring frequently.

How long will the jars last on shelf ?
5-8 years
Cool idea for camping or road trips, or even bugging out. For long term storage though, finding and having a reliable water source should be first priority.
