1991 Ford F250 7.3 idi Cold Start
Просмотров 215День назад
This is a cold start on my 1991 Ford F250 7.3 idi. This is the day after my previous video was filmed getting it running and driving again after 12 years. I did not do anything to the glow plugs/controller. It all just works as it did before it was parked. It was 40 degrees. #ford #f250 #diesel #coldstart #idi

Moving Into the Wilderness with My Camper
Просмотров 7 тыс.Месяц назад
I moved my camper into the wilderness. I had to clear an overgrown spot and it turned out to be quite the nice wilderness sanctuary. I got a new camera so you'll have to forgive some of the pixelation in the beginning of the video. I filmed this video in 4k 60 fps. I believe it should've been filmed at 30 fps.
I Bought the Worst Camper on Marketplace
Просмотров 14 тыс.Месяц назад
I got this camper because I thought it was in good condition. It turns out that it had a lot of hidden issues. My intention with both this camper and posting videos on youtube is to document my journey living in said camper and travelling around the country. However, after standing in my tub one time, I learned just how bad this camper really was. This was a significant delay in my trip. It was...
CRF 250x No Baffle vs CRF's Only Adjustable Baffle
Просмотров 228Месяц назад
When I got my CRF 250x it had a CRF 250r muffler which was way too loud for street riding. I purchased the appropriate CRF 250x muffler thinking it would be quieter but the results were negligible. I then purchased a CRF's only adjustable baffle for 04-17 CRF 250x's. These are my results. It was a great deal quieter but with my jetting (which I am assuming is for the CRF250r muffler that came w...

You can’t ever kill a Ford or keep it down. Once you get it running, there’s no way of killing it. I’m glad you got this truck. It’s a good truck and he got a good engine in it.
Like litteraly every brand of vehicle reliability is very dependent on year make and model. The 6.0 is a great example
Somebody watches zip ties n bias plies, he got a idi 7.3 that’ll run on anything he can find where it gets to 30 below 0
turning your hangers in your closet around might help with the clothes falling.
Where did you get the baffle I’m looking for one to put on my 06 crf 250x
@@SPEEDYBEANIE22 this is the baffle I got. It is for 04-17. I have a 2006 as well www.crfsonly.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/6659?srsltid=AfmBOopdKQeq5agdE1FHqo2HnuoiPYzCm-nY4HdAt9a1ZWVacT__A_LM
@@thequestionablecraftsman just ordered it I also have the 250r muffler as well as the 250x muffler that came with my 06 on it
@@SPEEDYBEANIE22 That must be a common modification for these. I think I am going to try a recoup some of the cost of the X muffler and baffle by selling it on ebay. Does yours backfire a lot with the R muffler on?
@@thequestionablecraftsman no not really mine has a 42 pilot 160 main 40 leak and clip in the 5th position with the 4x4 cut in the airbox uptop where the snorkel used to be
@@thequestionablecraftsmanjust placed the stock one with the spark arrestor I got on crfs only and it doesn’t do anything but make my bike run just more richer what’s your jetting on your bike
You have a super awesome channel however the videos are way too short. Can you do 30 + minutes. Im on board from South Africa 🌍🇿🇦💌🙏👍
that camper is probably the Traschy Old Yellowstone Caymper that needs to be Demoliched
That doesn't make sense what u on about?
@@J.F.1.6.9.0 i was making a joke
Good music, fresh air, alone time. Hell yah.
You got it figured out
It’s a nice dream when you’re young but as you age not so much. You will realize then how hard we’ve all worked for our infrastructure for our ability to turn on the tap and have hot running water heat and cooling for our homes. And all you can think to do is runoff into the woods and go poop in a bucket and leave the powers that be everything we worked for. Makes no sense to me. I say we send them off in a camper to go poop in a bucket
Public land? That’s pretty cool
It is private land that I am lucky enough to be able to use!
Like your idea.😊
Waterproof all wood with Kilz or Cut 'N Seal, or some form of wood preservative or water proofing before you built it backup again! Especially because you are working where the majority of all the water pipes are located.
@@tamo9520 that is a great idea. I wish I would’ve thought of that before finishing it up
Did you have to do anything to adjust for the change in hitch and step hight?
@@larryottesen7611 I didn’t do anything with the step. It’s just slightly taller and it doesn’t bother me. However I did have to get a different hitch. I believe it has about a 3” rise now to keep it level. Before I just had a regular hitch without a drop or rise. However I will say my truck is not all that tall so if you have a taller truck it may make less of a difference
GOOD JOB ID CHECK UNDER TRAILER FOR ANY BAD SPOTSTHAT MAY RUIN YOUR WORK / STONE GAURD BOTTOM
Each time it took off and gained RPM you could have kept it running by keeping your foot in it a little and/or holding the starter on. You had it started several times, just the idle governor on these is a little slow even on diesel
Good to see someone making use of alternative fuels. I ran my '46 Ford Jailbar on diesel for 18 years. never had a problem.
You did an excellent job restoring the camper and it is absolutely beautiful! With your skills and perseverance, that camper will see a lot of wonderful adventures ahead! God Bless you and be safe!❤
@@bajanconji6553 thank you, I really appreciate your kind words!
Wow I been fixing few campers I just replaced whole things which rotten woods do correct way
remove the outside skin ,,its much easier and you can do a complete job.
Just make a nice large shower out of it.
I ended up putting it back as it was because when this happened I was supposed to leave to go on a 3 month long road trip. I had to push that back by 2 weeks but I just put it back with the addition of the closet because I really want to start using this thing
Maybe tare it all apart and just start all over again keep all the good stuff
Why would they sell it to you if they could live in it?
Why would you even think to run used motor oil in an engine that is made to run diesel fuel only. I have several 6.9 diesels, I would never abuse them like that.
@@JuneohSevin research alternative fuels. It’s done all the time
@@thequestionablecraftsman if you want alternative fuels: try a LPG engine. Used motor oil isn't an alternative fuel, sunflower oil, vegetable oil is. Don't know what you've been reading: but it sure wasn't good. It could l causes wear and tear on your motor, bearings, piston rings, exhaust system, valves and rubbers (fuel lines). It's also bad for your health and the health of others driving behind you. Not to mention your environment and flower garden. You're indeed a questionable man... However: definitely not crafted when it comes to reading internet in combination with using your commen sense and/or your brain Let me guess: your also so stupid to believe that Trump is there for the blue colored guy instead of the rich, and that Trump won the previous elections fear and that the elections were stolen? Instead of you believing the proven fact that he tried to influence the results, and he is a convicted criminal?! And the fact that it's proven he has had a big hand in the storming of the Capitol on 6th of January? Where working blue colored people (policeman) died??!!
@@VineV-Dutch what’re you on about LMAO I am not sure why you’re so angry but it’s not good to project that onto strangers. You’re no better than the people you’re demeaning in the end of your comment if you do that. If you’d like to learn about using waste oil as an ALTERNATIVE to diesel check out oilburners.net. There are hundreds of thousands of people who have done the same thing as me
@VineV-Dutch Dude, you are nuts. Read back over the last paragraph you wrote there and ask yourself why that was in any way pertinent to this video. Drop the politics and try to dump the hate. It's not good for you. It's not good for your health and you look bat shit crazy to the people around you

Damn really 12 hours thats a really long time🤯
Why did you need new perches?
It was easier than cutting off the old ones. I also used the old ones to get the new ones set correctly. You could also cut off the old ones if you wanted. They were just cheap enough that it was easier this way
My '83 engine was like that. Full to the brim with sludge and fuel, took ages to clean. It's all ARP studded now, awaiting final assembly and lots of boost.
